Today, I just bought my first mechanical keyboard. It's because my labmate, who is a Korean Undergraduate Student in my Lab. I looked at his keyboard when we were moving our stuff from the temporary lab since our lab was under construction. Then, I am browsing about what is different between the membrane and the mechanical keyboard.  When I was searching in Google and searching the product on Coupang, which is an online market in Korea (red: South Korea). I was asking why the price is very high, especially if compared to an ordinary keyboard, although it was a Logitech brand keyboard. For this time, I knew why the price of mechanical keyboard was higher than an ordinary keyboard, which is known as membrane keyboard. It is because mechanical keyboard has better built quality, each buttons can be changed individually, and long lasting. Mechanical keyboard also is heavier than membrane keyboard. At some point when I use this keyboard is more fun than membrane keyboard.

 It's been a while since I wrote the last post for this blog. For this post, I will write in English since I think this will be a good way for me to improve my English. However, my English is not very good, and I hope you can understand. According to the name of this blog, it has random topics. I would like to share my experience in pursuing my master's degree in South Korea as an awardee of the KOICA Scholarship Program in Agricultural Engineering at Kyungpook National University, Daegu. This post also marked a year after I arrived in South Korea, in August 2024. This scholarship is provided for government officials in developing countries who are usually from Asia and Africa. South Korea, through KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency), provided several programs that are mostly in the Social and Economic field of study.
